Currently, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, access and use of data available at our library are restricted to outside users who are not registered as local residents.
Data borrowing service and the reading room in the new building can be accessed following registration as Local Residents (Alumni members for graduates) after payment of annual fees for membership.
